Do you sometimes face cultural misunderstandings and challenges as a team and would like to better understand how to deal with them?
Intercultural coaching is suitable for small teams that want to make their work more successful in an intercultural context.
You determine the goal and the number of coaching sessions. I will support you in a solution- and goal-oriented manner, and you will receive goal-oriented, customized tools.

An intercultural coaching session usually lasts 1.5 hours.
We meet either on your premises or in Bern, e.g. in Effinger Co-Working Space.

6 coaching sessions:

The package of 6 team coaching sessions costs CHF 1340 (instead of CHF 1440).

Of course, the coaching sessions can also be booked individually. Price for team coaching: 160 CHF / h
The prices do not include rental prices for premises and return travel.
